Clear terms for using yourAI fashion workspace.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fashion Try-On AI, including our website, mobile application, authenticated fashion workspace, AI tools and related services operated by VISHNEXA.

By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using Fashion Try-On AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Fashion Try-On AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Fashion Try-On AI is an AI-powered fashion visualization and fashion-intelligence platform. Features may include:

• AI-generated outfit images.
• AI virtual try-on previews.
• History, favorites and collections.
• Fashion analysis and outfit intelligence.
• Style recommendations and related AI-assisted fashion tools.
• Tailoring, measurement and production-oriented guidance.
• Pattern and CAD-related fashion outputs.
• Other fashion tools introduced or modified from time to time.

Features, availability, usage limits and supported platforms may change over time as we improve the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you may legally enter into this agreement independently, you may use Fashion Try-On AI only where permitted by applicable law and with any required parent or guardian consent.

Certain Fashion Try-On AI features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.

• You are responsible for protecting your password and account credentials.
• You must not intentionally share authentication credentials with unauthorized persons.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to us.
• You should promptly contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require additional verification when appropriate to protect accounts, payments or the service.

You retain any rights you already have in images, garments, materials, text or other content that you submit to Fashion Try-On AI.

By submitting content, you grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, reproduce and transform that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate the requested Fashion Try-On AI features and related service functions.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions and authority necessary to upload and process the content you submit.

• Do not upload another person's private image without appropriate permission.
• Do not upload copyrighted fashion imagery or other protected material unless you are authorized to use it.
• Do not use Fashion Try-On AI to misrepresent ownership or authorization relating to submitted content.

Fashion Try-On AI uses artificial intelligence and automated processing. AI-generated results can vary even when similar inputs are provided.

Generated outfits, try-on images, fashion analysis, styling recommendations, tailoring information, measurements, pattern information and other AI outputs are intended as visual, creative or informational assistance.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it for purchasing, stitching, tailoring, manufacturing, professional design or other real-world decisions.

Pattern drafts, CAD-related outputs and production-oriented recommendations should be reviewed and finalized by an appropriately qualified tailor, pattern maker, designer or other relevant professional before physical production.

Fashion Try-On AI uses a credit-based usage system. Credit-pack descriptions shown at the time of purchase specify the number of credits included.

Under the current generation model, one eligible credit generally represents one complete AI fashion preview consisting of the applicable outfit generation and virtual try-on generation performed together.

• Credits are associated with the purchasing account.
• Purchased credits may be added to an existing balance.
• Promotional credits may be subject to separate eligibility, expiration or campaign conditions.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts unless we expressly provide such functionality.
• Deleting an account permanently removes unused credits associated with that account.

We may modify the technical implementation of credit usage where necessary, but we will aim to describe the applicable purchase quantity and usage rules clearly before purchase.

Credit packs are one-time purchases unless a product is expressly described otherwise. Fashion Try-On AI does not automatically create a recurring subscription merely because you purchase a credit pack.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Depending on your billing region and account configuration:

• India-based purchases may be processed in INR through Razorpay.
• Eligible international purchases may be processed in USD through Creem or another supported international payment provider.

The checkout page will display the applicable purchase price, currency and payment-provider flow. You are responsible for reviewing those details before completing a transaction.

Taxes, payment-method requirements and other transaction details may depend on your jurisdiction and payment provider.

We may maintain billing-region information for an account to provide consistent regional pricing, currency and payment-provider routing and to reduce fraud or misuse.

Fashion Try-On AI attempts to charge or permanently consume AI credits only according to the applicable generation rules.

Where our system reserves a credit during an eligible generation and the qualifying generation fails before completion, the service may restore or avoid permanently deducting that credit in accordance with the application's credit logic.

A restored application credit is different from a monetary refund of the original credit-pack purchase.

Monetary refund requests may be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, applicable law, payment-provider requirements and whether the purchased digital credits have already been used.

You may not use Fashion Try-On AI in a way that violates law, infringes another person's rights, compromises the service or harms other users.

• Do not upload content you are not permitted to use.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, databases, infrastructure or administrative systems.
• Do not bypass or attempt to bypass credit, payment, authentication, rate-limit or security mechanisms.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse, overload, scrape or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to fraudulently obtain credits, refunds, promotional benefits or payment advantages.
• Do not use the service for unlawful impersonation, deception, harassment or other unlawful conduct.
• Do not reverse engineer or exploit protected service components except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Fashion Try-On AI, its software, interface, branding, logos, website design, service structure and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to VISHNEXA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fashion Try-On AI technology or branding to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the service for its intended purposes.

Your rights in your uploaded source content remain subject to Section 5. Rights in AI-generated outputs may also be affected by applicable law and the nature of the underlying inputs.

Fashion Try-On AI relies on cloud infrastructure, AI providers, databases, storage systems and other third-party services. As a result, the service may occasionally experience delays, maintenance, outages, generation failures or temporary unavailability.

We may add, modify, improve, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal, security or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available continuously or that every AI generation request will succeed.

You may permanently delete your account using the account-deletion functionality provided by Fashion Try-On AI, subject to any verification required by the service.

Account deletion is irreversible and may remove your account, authentication sessions, saved content, history, collections, favorites, credits and other associated application data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Material violations of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• Security threats or unauthorized access attempts.
• Payment abuse or chargeback-related misconduct.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Conduct that materially threatens the service or other users.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before permanent termination.

Fashion Try-On AI depends on third-party providers for services such as hosting, databases, storage, payments, AI generation and email delivery.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies governing their services.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services that you separately access outside Fashion Try-On AI merely because the platform contains a link to or integrates with such a provider.

Fashion Try-On AI is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

• Every AI generation will succeed.
• AI-generated content will be unique, error-free or perfectly accurate.
• Virtual try-on results will exactly match real-world fit or appearance.
• Tailoring or CAD-related information will be sufficient for production without professional review.
• The service will always be uninterrupted or free from temporary technical failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VISHNEXA and Fashion Try-On AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This may include losses relating to business opportunity, expected savings, generated content, fashion decisions, physical tailoring or production outcomes, data loss or service interruption, where such limitations are legally permitted.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from your unlawful use of Fashion Try-On AI, your infringement of another person's rights, or content that you submit without the necessary rights or permissions.

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply to you based on your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove legal rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can first attempt to resolve the issue directly where appropriate.

We may update these Terms as Fashion Try-On AI, applicable laws, payment arrangements or service functionality change.

When updated, the effective date displayed at the top of this page may change. Where legally required or appropriate for a material change, we may provide additional notice.

Changes will not be used to retroactively override commitments where doing so would be unlawful or unfair.
